Most orders are delivered by email within 2–6 hours of payment; some larger manuals can take up to 12 hours. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first. If it is still missing, email us your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Send the brand, the exact model, the serial number from the machine’s identification plate and the type of manual you need (service repair, parts catalogue, operation & maintenance or schematic). This lets us confirm the correct edition quickly.

Refund requests are handled under our refund policy and must be made within 7 days of purchase, for example if the files cannot be opened or the wrong manual was supplied. Email us your order number and the reason.
