Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before the manuals have been prepared and delivered by email.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

If the order has not yet been processed or delivered, we may approve the cancellation and issue a refund based on our refund policy.


Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are only available under specific circumstances.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:

Once manuals have been prepared and delivered by email, refunds may no longer be available except in cases of incorrect or unusable files.

  • Delays caused by incomplete customer information
  • Requests made after successful manual delivery

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete manual, please contact us immediately with your order details.

Our team will review the issue and provide the correct documentation whenever possible.

No physical products are shipped.

Because digital manuals can be copied and stored permanently, all sales are generally considered final after successful delivery.
